Welcome to the journey of creating a custom rug that embodies your unique moments and feelings. Here’s how our process unfolds, step by step:

Step 1: Customization
The first step in your custom rug journey is personalization. We begin by collecting key details such as your date of birth, the theme you wish to embody in your rug, and the feeling you want the rug to convey. Additionally, we ask you to choose your preferred style of customization—either kanji or runes. This information is essential for crafting a rug that truly reflects your individuality.

After you complete the questionnaire, a fee of $250 is required. Once the fee is paid, our customization process takes three days to complete. We then provide you with a personalized journal that showcases your custom rug design and includes detailed explanations of each motif and how it relates to your special moment. Please note that this design is for your personal enjoyment and cannot be used for commercial purposes.

Step 2: Placing Your Order
Once you have your personalized design, you can decide if it resonates with you. If you love the custom rug design we’ve created, the next step is to order your custom rug. In the email where we send your custom rug design, you will find a link to confirm your approval. Clicking this link will lead you to the rug order form where you can determine the dimensions and material of your rug to ensure it perfectly fits your space and aesthetic preferences.

Given the bespoke nature of our rugs, the price will vary between $1500-$4000 depending on size, material, and knot density. After placing your custom rug order, we will provide you with a quotation. Should you choose to proceed with your order, we require a 50% deposit at the start, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the rug.

Step 3: Weaving Process
Our weavers will then begin the meticulous process of hand-knotting your custom rug. This process takes a minimum of 2 months, during which we will keep you updated on the progress every week. Each update will bring you closer to seeing your custom rug design come to life.

Step 4: Delivery
Once your custom rug is completed, we’ll notify you. Before shipping, we kindly ask for the remaining balance to be settled. Upon receiving the remaining payment, we will carefully package and ship your rug to your destination free of charge (excluding any customs duties or taxes), ensuring it arrives in pristine condition.
